NEW AGENT PACKET INSTRUCTIONS

Whether you enrolled as a new agent online or over the telephone with one of our membership support staff, we require all agents to complete our New Agent Forms online in your Agent Hub within your first 48 hours.

Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your forms. After verifying your information, our team will set up your CRM and update your agent profile.

These forms are required for us to finalize your agent registration process. Without these forms, we cannot pay you your commissions. You also will not be eligible to get full access to our support team or participate in our FAM trips until we have received all the new agent forms.

If we do not receive new agent forms within 60 days of your enrollment date, your account will be cancelled.

The New Agent Packet Includes:

  1. Independent Contractor Agreement
    Read the Terms & Conditions of the Independent Contractor Agreement sign and submit to us using RightSignature.
  2. Policies & Procedures
    You must also read and agree to the Xstream Travel Policies & Procedures, sign and submit.
  3. Credit Card Authorization
    By checking the “I Agree” box on the Profile enrollment form, you have agreed for us to charge your monthly and annual membership payment to the card provided at enrollment.
  4. Direct Deposit Registration Form
    Complete all required fields. Xstream Travel is NOT responsible for a misdirected deposit when a voided check was not presented with the Registration Form. Please double check your banking Routing # and Account #. This form is required of all new Xstream Travel agents to continue the setup process and to get paid your commissions.
  5. IRS W-9 Form
    Complete all required fields. This form is required of all new Xstream Travel agents to receive payment as independent contractors. Please use your full name and Social Security Number if you do not already have an EIN or Business Name. This can be changed or updated in the future.

IMPORTANT: FINAL STEP

Once you complete the forms online, a verification email will be sent to your main email address. You must click on the link provided in this email to verify the submission of your forms.

YOUR NEW AGENT FORMS WILL NOT PROCESS UNLESS YOU CLICK ON THE LINK IN THE VERIFICATION EMAIL.
